We want you to be happy with your purchase and would like to resolve any issues if at all possible so please contact us first.

Your Cancellation Rights - Consumer Rights Act 2015

All our Lights are made to order (or if they are bespoke) they are therefore exempt from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so they cannot be cancelled or automatically returned.

However if you change your mind within 72 hours we will try and negotiate cancellation of the order, if the goods are already in process then the contract will stand. The sooner you let us know the more likely it is that we can cancel the contract.

Please bear in mind the acceptable colour variations on Mullans Antique finishes.

If you choose to return the order (or part ) a charge of 30% of the full selling price will be deducted from the refund, the cost of return is your responsibility.

Returned goods must be unused and have not been installed or fitted and returned in original (or good) packing, they will not be accepted where goods have been used or installed and prevent them being re-sold as new. Always return items by a method that can be tracked and keep a receipt.

We can arrange collection of a return and will quote if required, these costs to be deducted from refund.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event there is a problem with the order, please advise the seller as soon as possible. We or the seller reserve the right to replace or repair the fitting as appropriate, and will contact you with details as each case is different.
