Brexit - New Customs Charges

As of the 1st January 2021 when the UK is no longer in the European Union and the transition period has ended, new charges apply to goods we ship to current EU & other countries.

Each EU country will levy is own charge for goods supplied from the UK, (normally VAT or Sales Tax of destination country) so we are unable to advise what this charge may be, nor are we able to prepay such changes. When the goods are shipped the carrier will prepare the necessary customs forms and if the destination country requires a charge they (or local customs) will notify you what need to be paid by you, they will then deliver the goods. Please be aware we are not responsible for these charges.

Shipments between the Great Britain and Northern Ireland will not change for individuals, however, we understand that NI business will need to make a declaration after 3 months.
